I don’t think Scotland going should have anything to do with who comes and goes myself :)
I agree James, however I can’t imagine Whelan sanctioning such a deal for another over 30 something striker, especially after getting his hands burnt somewhat with Scotland.
I agree as well that Scotland shouldn’t be here anyway. I just think whilst he is, it limits us somewhat when targeting other strikers of the same ilk, what with the aforementioned wage bill.

Probably most Championship clubs mate, as he scored about 50 goals in two seasons for Swansea. So is a proven Championship goal-scorer, we wouldn’t get the 2 million for him, hell we wouldn’t even get a million, but there would be clubs who would have him.
