Will this money end up being distributed through the game, to the less well off clubs, the Exeters,the Torquays, the Hereford Towns???
Or will it all end up with FIFA?????
That’s like fining me a fiver, if they win the Prem then in their eyes it’s money well spent. The only way these fair play rules will take affect is to deduct points, they’ll soon abide by the rules.
