Why everyone getting hot under the collar if bob goes we have lost managers before and we will in the future the club will survive and we the fans will support our town team as for a replacement if he goes i think mc Laren as served his punishment for englands woes and deserves another shot at the prem :D
My only concern is that Martinez has restructured the club from bottom to top. He’s actually taking an interest in the development of youth players unlike the likes of Jewell and Bruce. Finally we look like we might be bringing a few decent(ish) youngsters through to help us progress in the next 3 or 4 years.
The loss of Martinez could mean going back to the short-termism of the likes of Jewell and Bruce, and that is no good for anyone.
edit- when i say it’s my “only” concern that is actually bollocks, it is just one of my concerns.
Has the restructure of the club has you put it made us any better off?We are talking about Martinez like he is a god?Attendances way down,just missed the drop,Even the football at the end of the season was very poor..Villa away shite game,Stoke away first half stoke should have bogged it.

This season will tell us that and if he stays and improves things on the field then great and I will applaude him..but I cant see it..last season in my eyes was poor.Jewel kept us in the prem,bruce kept us in the prem now let me think……….yes bobby has kept us in the prem aswell and this season was a freak of a season with so many teams in the dog fight, any other season we possibly would have been safe sooner.Bobby obviously thinks that youth is the way to go,i cant remember pj or bruce blooding young talent.Building up the youth wont happen over night,as for attendences people also dont have the money to go week in week out so i dont think you can put all the blame on bob for that aswell or next youll be blameing him for the pies been to hot
