Rumour has it that marco van baston is in the running for the manager’s job I would take that
10 June 2013 at 10:57 pm #115760Why what’s he done as a manager?.
Under achieved at Ajax having spent millions on players, did OK with Dutch national team to reach the Euro quarters but couldn’t beat Russia.
Why not go for Alan Shearer or Gary Lineker they were decent players and are making their money being pundits just like MVB is. :woohoo:
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!11 June 2013 at 4:27 pm #115830That one is well wide of the mark surely??
Looking at the list on the bookies website id go for one of the utd coaches,Poyet or wait for it……………………Paul Jewell.

For probably the only time ever salford I fully agree with you.
I will now amaze you by saying this, I also think having Bruce back would be equally as daft

12 June 2013 at 11:03 am #115882Karl robinson ,front runner now, just been toldYes, and Whelan is selling the training ground to fund it.
Robinson might turn out to be the one but your source – unless it’s Whelan – doesn’t know it.
Do you still believe in the tooth fairy? ;)
12 June 2013 at 1:23 pm #115886I find all these “bookies odds” really weird now.
Whelan is now interviewing a list of allegedly 12-15. From the outside looking in no-one can say who is the front runner.
It would be different if there were negotiations going on behind the scenes for one person, so then X, Y or Z being seen in a meeting would sway the odds. But now we are at interview stage there cannot be a definitely likely candidate – but bookies like to keep interest alive don’t they?
