Hussssssh!!. That buffoon paid us about £6m for a forward who has spent less than 4 mins on the field since he arrived at Goodison.
Maloney is out of contract in the summer and is the wrong side of 30.
According to some on here, he didn’t try one iota under Rosler, but bust a gut for Scotland. If that is true, lets get a million dabs for him and move on.
He will spend more time bench warming, than David Fairclough ever did for Liverpool. Lack of game time will then see him being overlooked by Strachan. You just know that will happen if he goes.
Having said all that, if he signs a 2 or 3 year deal with us, I’ll be quite happy with that. :)

So, he’s the wrong side of 30 but it’s OK for him to sign a 3 year deal with us?
I like Maloney as a player, but mainly for fitness reasons we only saw the best with him for a short time.
I would be surprised if another contract offer was even on the table. His wage demands will be too high for us right now and his fitness is questionable.
My hope is that he stays fit and contributes to our climb up the table until his contract runs out.

That sounds about right. I’m sure the lad will be after one last pay day if he can get it. A couple of years as an Everton back-up player may be just what he wants.

Or maybe 1 year playing in Malaysia is on the horizon.
I guess he was being polite to the interviewer.

Exactly, he’s wrong side of 30 for somebody to spend money on a transfer fee for him but there will be no transfer fee if we extend his contract. Fuck me these thick wannabe authors.

Yeah, and he’ll play for nothing for us for those two or three year, wont he?
I think you’ve still got the King of Thick crown, my friend. Anyway, no matter, you’ll have changed your mind tomorrow.
Oh yeah, how does someone who’s already written three books become a wannabe author? Don’t bother answering, just refer back to that King of Thick thing.

Well, after a week of all standing as one to defend our wonderful club normal service has resumed. Welcome back C L

Standing side by side with our wonderful club is one thing, with some of our intellectually-challenged supporters is quite another. He knows I love him, really ;)
