Martinez says he is looking forward to the run in,I think he will be a lonely man after todays pantomime (apologies to the acting fraternity).I did’nt think he would show his face again after bringing on a fullback when we were well behind. WHAT TRICKLES THROUGH THIS GUY’S MIND?????
24 April 2011 at 12:50 am #63974When Stam plays fullback, everyone says he’s not a fullback, he’s a right winger; and when he’s brought on as an attacking option, he’s suddenly a fullback again.
Stam is a Martinez knocker’s dream: in whatever capacity he’s brought on, it can be seen as the wrong one. Incredible.
24 April 2011 at 12:55 am #63976Maybe Boyce was carrying a injury? Just a suggestion, like!

I know. I give up. :angry-banghead:
If anyone deserved being taken of today it was N’Zogbia. He was dreadful.24 April 2011 at 1:13 am #63983[If anyone deserved being taken of today it was N’Zogbia. He was dreadful.[/quote]
Quite ironic seeing as spud yed wants to sign him in the summer

If anyone deserved being taken of today it was N’Zogbia. He was dreadful.Charles N’Zogbia plays when Charles N’Zogbia wants to play.
Although I think we’d struggle to find someone as good going forwards with the ball, he’s not a team player, and I’m starting to be convinced that it wouldn’t be as much of a wrench to lose him as I thought twelve months ago.
24 April 2011 at 11:24 am #64012We can hardly be critical of the zog, he has been our only outlet this season !

Without Charlie we would have NO attacking options at all and to say we wont miss him beggars belief. I can’t wait to see the quality signing Bob brings into replace him.

When he has i dont wont to play today moods ,he loses the ball so many times he can become a threat to our defence.24 April 2011 at 1:59 pm #64029:doh:

You’ve added the ‘good post’ smilie to a one liner just because you can twist it into something negative haven’t you?Had you said ‘I think N’Zogbia is a good player’ then fair enough. But no…let’s take it, suggest he is the only attacking option in the team, and then dismiss any replacement players before they even arrive – because after all, they’ll be Martinez signings.
Where have I or anyone else said we won’t miss N’Zogbia? Or course we will, but, in my opinion, not as much as I thought we would twelve months ago.
