….quiet.
After we get the announcement today we can all start looking forward to next season with or without Roberto.
Personally I hope he stays.
I know the opinion is divided on that but the continuity could stand us in good stead.

if he leaves there will only be whelan and caldwell left at the club players and coaching staff will leave mostly where bob goes

From what I remember so has Martinez but he seems to be dictating what his next job is going to be.
Amazing seeing how many goals his team has shipped on his watch !
28 May 2013 at 3:41 pm #114625It would appear that the Everton fans are split as to whether they think RM is any good or not !

He cant help if people show interest in him but I dont think he is dictating anything at all.
All we know is Roberto and Whelan have sat down to discuss what the plan should be going forward in the interests of the club.
We also know that Roberto has indicated he does want to stay providing Whelan can provide a few things he feels are essential for the club to move forward on and off the field.
28 May 2013 at 3:48 pm #114629If he feels confident in his ability to manage at the top end of the game then if I was him I would be off to Goodison before you could say ” And Jones will follow him “

If I was an Evertonian I would be praying to sign Martinez considering some of the other names that have been touted for the job…
28 May 2013 at 3:52 pm #114634According to Skysports Roberto is due to sit down with Whelan at 1pm so looks like we wont know until later in the day.
