Now Hughes has quit, apparently Bobby is high on the short list (that sounds wrong) to replace him….
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
Bobby has been working hard over the past 2 seasons on getting the players he needs and more importantly getting them to play to his style.
I can’t for the life of me think he would contemplate going to a club like Fulham and starting all over again.
Now a top 6 club… :think:

In all seriousness I can’t see Fulham being interested in Bobby
If they are however & they dangle a big wedge of cash in Bobby’s face with the promise of transfer funds he can only dream of at Latics it would be interesting to see if he turned it down
For all his talk of loyalty & how much he loves Latics (which i don’t doubt) at the end of the day its his career & if he views an opportunity as a chance to better himself then I believe he’d go for it – as would IHe’s been linked with Villa in the Guardian this morning – more realistic I’d say.
Wouldn’t be disastrous if he went. If he wants to go, let him, and we’ll have someone who wants to be here.
If he wants to stay, great!
We should all be used to people who have a little bit of success for us wanting to leave for “big” clubs by now – Jewell, Heskey, Bullard, Baines, Valencia, Palacios etc etc….
We’ll see what Martinez is made of over the next couple of months.
