Getting a but sick about this northern soul before the games.could do with livening up by having some real bombastic tub thumping anthems. Loved the old school stuff at Rotherham…not heard the fingers for years. What would be on everyone’s playlist for rest of season?
Northern Soul is a bit effeminate if you ask me! I mean, all that french talc and gliding around the dance floor to glockenspiel backed tracks , it aint exactly in your face ‘Lets fuckin do this’ music is it! You need stuff like this to whip the fans up into a frenzy…..
Or maybe this could be apt ( Maybe! )
I like old fashioned club songs like ‘ marching on together’ Leeds and Millwalls ‘ Let em come’ .
both these songs are played prior to kick off so why not play ‘come on you Latics ‘ prior to the home games,the soul music is a bit boring now.
