As I wasn’t there due to work according to wish fm every time Gomez got the ball he had no options available to him ,Beausejour was putting quality crosses in in the first half didn’t here much about him in the second half mind ,Sammon was poor and not match fit
Beausejour lacks the pace to beat a man and when he gets the chance to cross he never takes it, and looks at least a stone over weight.
Ronnie Stam is far better player given the freedom that Beausejour had he would put a hell of a lot more qaulity crosses in at pace.
Can’t blame the fish really. It was obvious after 20 minutes that he wasn’t winning the aerial battle yet we continued to hump the ball to him.
Can’t really blame Di Santo for being miffed at being told to play on the wing when he looks up and sees the fish upfront. We could still be playing now and he wouldn’t score.
