Gary Caldwells official club email re the player meet and greet has its heart in the right place but its simply too late.
Had he been in place and this arranged 2 months ago I am certain it would have been a well attended and worthwhile enterprise but we’ve now been beaten into submission by a stream of absolute shite.
Anyway, Is anybody minded to arrive early for the show of support?…not sure that the majority of players deserve it.
Not sure it would have even mattered then, 2 games v 2 of the weakest teams in the league and 1 point gained with Fortune still on his jack.
Can’t see how he can change the team today to be honest so expecting more of the same, whether the die hards turn up or not.
I hoped that GC would have rung the changes and tried some new faces in his earlier games. Certainly he would have had fullest support then as what had gone before wasnt working and lord knows it couldn’t have got worse. perhaps today he will make surprise selections, but its all too little too late.
