No its not to gloat or ask for apologies etc , all I ask is, yeh have your opinions, but don’t slate the team or manager with the venom that some of you have this season and from early on at that.
If you couldn’t see what Bobby was trying to do then fair enough, but it does take time.
Lets all go away, reflect on what’s happened and come back united next season.
You have to learn to take the rough with the smooth and there will be more rough times to come, but this is our club WIGAN ATHLETIC. I’m proud and honoured to be a fan of this club, they are giving me days like today that I never dreamed would happen in my lifetime.Well done Bobby, well done Whelan, well done the team and well done the fans. fekin superb today boys from start to finish!! :clap:

the fans have been excellent for the last 5 – 6 games, which coincidentally has seen an improvement in both form & results. if all fans (lightside & darkside) can unite for the duration of next season, even when things are not going to plan, the support can really lift the players & spur them on. they will respond better to positive chants as opposed to moaning & groaning.
