Too depressed to talk about the game and especially the usual Martinez post match fairy story appraissal..
Anway on a separate subject, is it just me or are Mido and Moreno separated at birth?
Look the same, run (slowly) the same, same dramatic, theatrical arm movements whilst failing to win the ball, same gestures of frustration etc…spooky….I know its early, early days but he does not look like a man who will be here post May….hope I am wrong but Werder Bremen and Shaktar may have spotted the reality that has evaded the Spanish one…

If that’s what you get depressed about, you obviously have a very happy and trouble-free life. I envy you! It was a poor performance, but don’t let it it get you down.
I’d agree that Moreno does have some Mido qualities, but he doesn’t look slow to me. Give him time and see how he is in a few games before he’s judged.
For the record, I thought Mido was a decent player to have in the squad.
18 February 2010 at 9:46 pm #23113I thought Moreno had a good game. He holds the ball up loads better than Scotland, looks faster and more skilful. All in all he looks like he will be a very useful player for us given a bit of time.
