Has to be the rejuvenated Michael Jacobs again for me.
Pushed closely by the ever improving Reece James

Good to see Grigg back on the scoresheet, and Dan Burn and Alex Bruce were outstanding.

Special mention to Jamie Jones for a great penalty save.

Overall it was a good win that was too easy and lead to us getting a bit complacent. In the last 20 minutes it could have turned sour, but we hung in there and eventually got the third.

Hopefully Cooky will have words and point this out to the lads and we will have a more professional approach for the full 90 minutes on Tuesday.

Agree with the Jacobs call there. Thought James was great going forward but we were exposed defensively a few times in the first half down our left side. Thought we were solid throughout, but almost holding back. Think it was a good job that penalty was saved, they were getting back in. Anyone pick up what was up with Powell?

I thought both full backs had good games, Morsey gave 100% and never stopped working but for me Jacobs got MotM he was a thorn in their side all game.

Dan Burn for me but well done Bristol Rovers, even with 10 men they still gave us a game and didn’t sit back and defend.
