It’s actually a joy to watch the lads these days, unlike last season when we where the whipping boys, what a difference 12 months makes.
Up the tics! :cheer:
Fuck the EFL

After that, Burton may not find it easy at Sheff Utd and Gillingham at Fleetwood. If lady luck is on our side we could go top !

So far both coventry & gillingham losing.
2 March 2016 at 1:49 am #147485Not a bad result considering we only had 10 men for the best part on an hour! Gills lose ground and Walsall only got same as us so nothing lost apart from Burton pulling away again! Looked at the stats from Burton game and they looked quite impressive, will be hard to peg them back I reckon!
2 March 2016 at 2:21 am #147486Well done lads, to get a point at that place (and Millwall are no mugs) with 10 men for an hour speaks volumes.
It just shows how far we’ve come the past few months, a well earned point and could be very important come May.
Up the tics! :cheer:

2 March 2016 at 2:41 am #147487Had a sneaky feeling we would get a nil-nil tonight before kick off. Even after the sending off I didn’t think all was lost. We are just so hard to break down these days.Sometimes the boring stuff can pay a dividend and it did tonight. A highly commendable result. Well done super Tics.
2 March 2016 at 2:56 am #147488Great point
2 March 2016 at 1:10 pm #147489I think we will win it now with our run in , great effort by all.
2 March 2016 at 1:35 pm #147490Watched this in the Marquee last night – Whilst I agree that was a good point in the circumstances, if Milwall had any decent strikers or had taken their chances, this could easily have been a serious whitewash – we lacked any pace from the off, kept giving the ball away, couldn’t find our men and looked lethargic. Still, a great point nevertheless. Oh and ref was absolute shite.

Oh and ref was absolute shite. That’s what i mean when i say we’ve come along way in the past 12 months, even though we where off the boil last night we got a crucial point with 10 men for 2/3 of the game, and maybe we are the happiest of the two teams.
I take your point on the Millwall finishing though, hats off to Jussi for a couple of tremendous saves!
Fuck the EFL

What if Robles hadn’t kept Tevez from scoring a certain goal at Wembley ?
What if Morsey hadn’t been sent off last night ?
What if Bill Kenyon had re-located us to Skelmersdale ?
What if DW had never bought the club ?
See what I mean.

Exactly. Plenty of matches last season we deserved something and got nothing.
We weren’t as crisp in our passing as we have been but we still looked dangerous when we got forward.
Superb point considering and promotion is still in our hands.
Up The Tics!
2 March 2016 at 4:56 pm #147495Millwalls game plan was clear from the off. Defend from the front and don’t give our defenders anytime on the ball which did unsettle us.
But the lads were magnificent and made up with a point. -
