OK guys, I have my Supporters Liaison Officer hat on now…..
For those that haven’t noticed, we have new concourse caterers and basically I want to know what your first impressions are, what they are doing right and what suggestions (please be sensible) we can put to them.
I’ll keep this as a sticky post for now, but your input (good or bad) would be appreciated.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
24 February 2017 at 5:19 pm #155828I was in the South on Sunday so not sure how that stand is normally set out, but they were selling both food and alcohol from the same kiosk which is way better than before where you would have to queue twice for a pie and a pint.
At the main food kiosk they had bottled beer and at the main beer kiosk they had pies in a small oven.
24 February 2017 at 7:32 pm #155833The new company will be selling food and drink at the same kiosks, they also won’t close until 20 minutes into the second half I believe.

One of the lads at work attended the Rugby last Sunday (West Stand) he queued up at the food kiosk and asked for a pie and a pint, he got the pie and was told it was food only and he would have to queue again for a pint! (around six feet away)
Some bloke told him he could get a pint at some layout in between the toilet areas, looks like nothing has changed really on that score.
Where the extra kiosks on last week at the Preston game? I can’t recall seeing them.
Fuck the EFL
24 February 2017 at 10:00 pm #155838There were extra beer kiosks half way down the stand by the W5 entrance for the Preston game.
25 February 2017 at 3:41 am #155868The Pie I had last week (Pukka pie) was a 100% improvement on the Hollands pies we have had to suffer for the last few years.
25 February 2017 at 3:46 am #155869Some kind of barrier system would be good so everyone could queue in a orderly manner instead of the queue blocking the concourse.
26 February 2017 at 7:11 pm #155973It has only been two games butility it seems like queues are definitely less. But some sort of queuing system needs to be put in.
I haven’t looked, but at other grounds wine and shorts are on sale. Have we got tissue facility yet?
28 February 2017 at 12:15 am #156045Be nobody left in stands if they serve into second half again
21 March 2017 at 1:36 pm #157146Next step should be real ale, other grounds do it and I think would go down well.
