In anticipation of Championship football Kone and Macmanman are being asked if they can come back. Gary has noticed that they are getting no game time at their present clubs. Negotiations are far advanced.

If you do go up, do you think Emyr Huws will be back in a Latics shirt? He was very disrespectful to GC and the squad he has assembled last summer, and I would imagine that GC wouldn’t want someone in his squad who considered everyone else beneath him.

I don’t think so. But that’s my personal view, and when I wrote a few weeks back that if we don’t need him in League One why would we want him in the Championship I got sniped at.
So I won’t be saying that again ;)
