There has been talk of how many season tickets will be lost next year.. I for one will be buying my first couple! More games, Better Value, Chance to see Wigan push for promotion and compete as one of the strongest teams in the league etc etc
We start the new season as FA Cup holders, name engraved on the famous trophy for all eternity, In the group stages of the Europa League and away games are going to be much more fun (and cheaper!!).
It is remarkable how our small club has grown to be what it is today.. A year in the championship with promotion at the end of it would only add to the recent history that has been made and enrich the honours list of English Footballs greatest little club of them all!!
And I think Roberto will put us all out of our misery later today to finish what he started and right his wrong by staying where he is safe, loved and where his heart lies!!
Another famous trophy for the expanding trophy cabinet at the DW! Good Shout.. Charity shield first to start the ball rolling.. And as The Championship season starts first the team will have a few games under the belt before the Utd game.. You just never know. #Believe
The trophy on the left is the old Football League First Division Trophy. Isn’t it now the Championship Trophy?
Like Tony Book, we could end up with all three.
