8 years is some achievement for our club but this chapter is now shut. We can blame such a player, formation, selection, tactics, horrendous injuries, referees etc but seems little point at this moment in time as it won’t change anything.
It hurts at the moment but we’ll get over it, that’s football. Someone has to be relegated and for a club our size realistically we all knew one year it would eventually be us. Depending on how the club handle matters in summer see no reason why we can’t come back next year. Although I’m finding it hard to do at the minute looking on the bright side in the next 12 months we have an FA cup final, European football and hopefully a promotion campaign to look forward to.
