Don’t get me wrong he’s a top player and carried us at times this year but there are times I want to give him a god shake as appears to have that I’m too good for this attitude?
Or am I being a bit harsh?
12 January 2014 at 11:43 pm #125865The wind was harsh on the Macclesfield canal today.
Still got a few though.Rubber grub
13 January 2014 at 12:04 am #125868Remember he is only 19 and plays for Utd, so at that age and with that status it’s not surprising he’s quite arrogant.
I don’t dislike him for it though – I find his interviews quite amusingWhen I first saw him play in Bruges I thought he was a bit lazy, uninterested and didn’t ‘t break a sweat. But I’ve since seen that he is head and shoulders above every other player we, and most other teams, have, so prob doesn’t even need to hit full gear in most games .

13 January 2014 at 1:17 am #125873We are by far a better team with Powell in it. Yesterday he seemed to be popping up everywhere, it looked like there were 5 Nick Powells on the pitch. I have not seen a bead of sweat on him yet and his miles per match must be the highest in all four divisions.
Plays with a smile and a swagger, just like all the great footballers do.Lazy?……no way, this lad will be the next big thing at OT. God knows what he’ll be like in 2-3 years time.

Maybe.
Lowey’s right though, IMO… he does have a bit of an attitude about him, yet to be earned, I believe.

We do need him and he has been vital in some of the games this season. Not sure i agree with your comment above, the lad just can’t shoot straight!
IMO – no way he is good enough for the MUFC team.14 January 2014 at 5:52 pm #125935We are by far a better team with Powell in it. 14 January 2014 at 6:00 pm #125936Even if Maynard comes in it is still 1 in and 2 out with Dicko and the Pilsbury dough boy scarpering so if Powell is recalled now we are fcuk,d. Just hope Uwe has summat up his sleeve.
