For the last 2 hours, by that i am surmising that your all down at the crimbo light turning on extravaganza to see if Bob is wearing brown shoes?. hey he might be daring for one night and sport a walnut tan pair? :)
edit…. it’s all to do with the slacks and shoe combo. there are people out there who can read the state of ones mind by the colour of ones slacks and shoe colour combo. it,s to do with bio rhythms apparently :P

19 November 2010 at 11:45 am #51283See not only is he slowly learning about getting his team to defend, attacking with a bit more pace & trying to stretch games he’s also learning which suit/shoe colour combo’s go together
Slowly but surely i think I’m turning away from the dark side
19 November 2010 at 11:48 am #51284Actually, my post was pure fabrication, desgined to provide some positive spin for Bob.
Take it with a pinch of salt.
19 November 2010 at 12:10 pm #51285I could be offended as I sit at my desk in the dark blue suit with co-ordinated brown belt and shoes!
I think it works well with my brown “Paul Jewell” leather coat.
Perhaps the rotund profile means I probably don’t cut the same stylish image as our bobby – but hey I’ve been fooling myself for many years as to how attractive i am to the opposite sex, why not continue.19 November 2010 at 12:32 pm #51287I could be offended as I sit at my desk in the dark blue suit with co-ordinated brown belt and shoes!

Wear those brown shoes with pride.
19 November 2010 at 2:26 pm #51290I’ll check with my fashion adviser fatmando but i think you might be able to get away with navy blue slacks & brown shoes without a visit from the fashion police
Apparently its black slacks & brown shoes that are the big no no, although black slacks & tan shoes is perfectly acceptable
Its all too much for me so I just let the wife dress me
19 November 2010 at 3:27 pm #51292Trust me fashion sense has never been my forte. Not since the 70’s when i had my birmingham bags (with 8 button waste band), platform shoes, ben sherman two tone shirt and a tank top – class!
as a more sober adult, I remember coming back from Town extermely pleased with myself having bought an overcoat in the sales. Having stopped laughing my wife took it back and has never let me shop alone since then (25 years ago).
Apparently I looked like your stereotypical flasher!
19 November 2010 at 4:31 pm #51294Cool your jets, fellas.
I actually said navy slacks and brown
19 November 2010 at 5:37 pm #51296I take size twelves. Brown or black, I’m usually just happy to find shoes that fit.
19 November 2010 at 7:10 pm #51307The last game between Wade and King was a cracker. It was, I have to agree. King couldn’t handle the pressure at the end!
