I find it strange how we were on top for the first 20mins but still gave their keeper absolutely nothing to do ! I honestly cannot remember him having to make a single save during the whole game !
As for the beating clubs in the bottom half we have lost 4 won 4 and drawn 1 in the games against the current bottom half, hardly inspiring stuff ! I thought we were very bad today and the excuse of it being Utd should not be used to paper over some pretty ugly cracks that have started to appear of late !You total gnaw yed!!, 13 points every 9 games will see us safe as fek this season. Yeah but we don’t play teams in the bottom half EVERY 9 games do we ! Our last 9 for instance have yielded just 7pts !The 9 games before that yielded the same 7pts ! Pre Villa game we were on 15pts at the half way stage and so if we are going to go off projections do the math ! B)
I’m struggling to understand how anybody can argue for todays performance. In short we were poor today. And i’m not wearing this comment of “if Kones goal had stood it might have ended differently”
Correct me if i’m wrong but that was our first attempt on goal!I expected this today and got the score bang on (not hard as it always happens) We were fortunate against Villa cos they were really poor and i said if we play like that against UTD we’ll get tonked cos we gave the ball away loads.
Bob needs to play football with a purpose cos we have plenty of needless passing going on but nawt in the final third. We need to create more chances.

Yes and Yes to the first two questions. From my seat I really didn’t think we lay down for utd. In fact, we took the game to them when 2 down only to be done on the break.

just watched southampton game very unlucky not to have won
they have more fight and better players than we have ,so i think villa and southampton will survive

Told you 4-0 didn’t I ! I was mad as fuck for not taking the 25-1 on offer last night on Bet 118 ! ;) I didn’t bother after Villa game because one swallow and all that ! ;) They may have been very good off the ball today but in my humble opinion there were some shirkers out there today for us !
I didn’t think United had to work that hard today to be honest because we had no pace to our play. Too slow, laboured and McArthur at the moment is not as effective in the team as Jones has been (didn’t think I’d ever say that). My biggest worry about us, well two worries, is the front 2 combination has no understanding and relies on a fit Maloney to do all the real high quality stuff and secondly, pace. We have no pace to take advantage of any phases of play. No pace up front for the counter, no pace out wide to beat a man and no pace to break from midfield.

Today was man Utd’s biggest win margin of the season. Oh hang on a minute they beat us 4-0 at their place as well didn’t they ! They have only kept a clean sheet 5 times in 21 games and 2 of those were against us ! Most Utd fans will tell you that this season they have had their worst defence in many a year !

Can you explain how we bossed them for 20mis but still their keeper didn’t have to make a single save ? Even Reading gave them a game ffs !
