Wigan Athletic have received an allocation of 1900 tickets for the FA Cup with Budweiser Fourth Round away fixture with Macclesfield Town to be played on Saturday 26th January 2013 at the Moss Rose (3.00pm kick off).
Match tickets will go on sale to 2012/2013 home season ticket holders from 9am on Thursday 17th January 2013 (one ticket per valid season ticket).
In the event of any match tickets remaining, they will go on general sale to registered supporters of Wigan Athletic with a previous booking history for fixtures at the DW Stadium from 9am on Monday 21st January 2013. If you are buying tickets on behalf of a fellow season ticket holder, please ensure that you have your friend’s client code along with their full name and address.
As we are expecting a high demand for ticket for this game, please ensure that you purchase your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. To facilitate sales for this game, the ticket office will remain open after Saturday’s game against Sunderland for season ticket holders to purchase their tickets. Subject to availability, these tickets will be on sale until 4pm on Friday 25th January 2013.

Opening times for the ticket office will be 9-5 as usual tomorrow, but you won’t be getting tickets to go to Macclesfield Town unless you get them this morning I feel…

Yes it is but most people are using family and friends season tickets to make multiple purchases.
The point I’m making is that they are all likely to go today, if not this morning.
Is there any particular reason why someone feels the need to, queue up freezing your buds off when you can log in online and buy multiple tickets ??.

Got one on line 20 mins. ago.11 10am. Now the option on line has gone. Also if you phone the ‘hotline’ (LOL) it says ticket office closed.
Hour and a half queue for me this morning. And there were still a fair number behind me going round to the North Stand after I got mine.
As to why when you can go online or phone? Well, as John says, maybe you can’t. I didn’t want to take the chance. I’ve actually got tickets in my grubby mitts. Worth queuing for in my opinion.
