Thats what we said last summer when he nearly went to Brum and he’s played decent enough for us since then. If thats disruptive then i wish our whole team was disruptive.

Remember, he’d be gone now if he wasn’t such a greedy little tw@t.

Thats assuming he was told he could go in January, and if so why has it all not been settled now and a replacement already been sourced.
If he was always going to go in January i can only assume Moses is the man who was always going to be his replacement.
Seems to me however you look at it, if this deal happens we’re in the preverbial and you cannot lay the blame anywhere else than the powers that be at the club.
21 January 2011 at 5:29 pm #56186Thats assuming he was told he could go in January,Er yeah, that’s the ‘maybe because he has been told he can go in January” bit in my post.
But I don’t really know what goes on. and neiher do you.

No don’t know what goes on, and Dave Whelan has the right to use his assets however he wishes.
However i do not have to like this, and although my opinion ain’t gonna count for much in the scheme of things, i think it is becoming clear that alot of fans feel that things could be more transparent regarding what the clubs future is.
All we get at the moment is a feeling of helplessness and frustration, at where we can see the club going if the club don’t get the key decisions right i.e transfer policy and manager/coaching staff

I would agree, however, that if N’zogbia goes without being replaced we are in trouble.
If Rodallega were to go too, then it would be even worse, but it seems a lot quieter on that front.

Yeah in my opinion. Lets hope if he does go that he scores and puts in a good performance Saturday as a fitting farewell.
21 January 2011 at 6:08 pm #56192Charlies replacement has been at the club for the best part of a year now
21 January 2011 at 6:20 pm #56193Anonymous
Maybe in another 6 months to a year but not right now just coming back from injury at the business end of the season.
21 January 2011 at 10:51 pm #56214Have I missed something or is Charlie still a Latics player.? :?
I know the term “there’s no smoke bout fire” often comes to fruition, but hey boys stop smacking yerselves about the yed over some crappy article in the Sun or that newsnow media propaganda website. :roll:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!22 January 2011 at 12:23 am #56222Anonymous
You’re right that sometimes we get carried away, but its not as much the fact N’Zogbia is going, it is the fact that Whelan has stated two weeks after saying no-one will be leaving, that he won’t stand in N’Zogbia’s way.

22 January 2011 at 1:12 am #56226Whelan’s played it just right in my opinion. He says nobody is leaving but then the vultures start gathering around Zog. DW can’t upset the player and say you can’t leave so he gives it the usual top 6 waffle but also puts a £12 mill price tag on him. It’s bit like Blackpool are doing with Adam only we are being more subtle. They say Adam can go , but for £45 mill. In other words neither player is going anywhere.
I’ll look a right t*t if he does go now. :D

Lets hope its all part of Dave’s master plan.
Somehow i think this masterplan doesn’t involve us staying in the premier league.
