I stand by the loon ball comment because it would be the same loonballs coming on if we had lost any of those fixtures
If you could just pop up on here, anywhere you can find this particular loon ball posting anything of that nature TIA
We need to win 3 from 4, it is do-able our recent history tells us this but we have to win the first 2 of those fixtures within the next week and I just have a feeling we’ll fall at the first hurdle. Hope I’m wrong but that happens rarely. B)
For most of the other games we’ve played well, been unlucky, bad decisions, no regular defence etc
QPR v 10 men for most of the game and played like binmen
Sorry to say Tez H i gotta agree to some point, we couldn’t have performed any worse that day.
I also look at the Spurs game (back pass) and stupid handball at home to Everton, losing Kone to that pish harse African Nations for a month and in that time only getting 1 point, 5 defenders injured and the FA cup run.
and my final rant , what was the point of Henriquez ?,
On the whole we’ve been hot and cold all season and never really got going, we needed a 3-4 game win run which never came.We relied too much on one person up front and when he hit a baron patch it has cost us.
If Martinez does go , unlike Reading there will be a mass exodus and a total rebuild will be needed.

Not necessarilly bing. Yes we will lose alcaraz, kone, mccarthy & di santo, but i think we will have a decent team in the championship & cant see why we cant make the play-offs at least. A lot of our fringe players have gone out on loan at championship clubs so have the knowledge & experience at that level.
Part of me is looking forward to it already. However, the fat lady might be warming up her vocal chords but she hasn’t sung yet.
Its that dire a situation now, that if we lose at WBA and Villa win at Norwich, we’ll be 8 points behind with 9 points still to play for….and of course Villa will probably face an understrength Chelsea side, 3 days before Europa final.
Any defeats now are out of the question. No room for any cock Ups or capitulations. I reckon that by Sunday we may well have a better idea how were going to end up.
Should never have got to this. Im glad were in cup final, but I reckon it HAS been a distraction over the past few weeks.
Problem all season has been much decent football, but not enough end product. Goals. And too many cheap goals given away. Its been like that since the kick off against Chelsea in the first game, right up to last Saturday against Spurs. All this together….no wonder we’re where we are in the table.
