Not sure if anyone has listened to Rosler’s radio interview (bbc) but that sent alarm bells ringing.
Decisions have to made in the interest of the club (quite right) and some of the players are out of contract at the end of the year so we have to think about their value.
that sounds like there will be a sale of players in January rather than letting them walk in May.

Dont know who is in last 6 months, but by “value” I think he means he will have to think about their value to the team rather than how much they are worth money wise,if he doesnt think they are worth anything in his future plans then theres no point renewing their contract and yes they may be going in January for nominal amounts rather than free at the end of the season. Watson has been offered a new deal, I havent heard any news on if he has signed it or not. When is Ramis up ? there were rumours he was off to Mallaga or somewhere this month but that might just have been gossip

Personally, I would hope that Whelan – having seen the transformation in fortunes under Rosler (W – Reading, Derby (A), D – Burnley (H) etc.) would – within reason – be prepared to invest (speculate to accumulate). If only, we can find that ‘fox in the box’ and with the squad we’ve got, we should be clocking up 3 points on a regular basis very soon ….
Already hard to beat (resolute in defence); just need that bit more quality in the final third (inability to unlock defences, and be more lethal).

I reckon we have received a few enquiries about the likes of Dicko so it would make sense to sell some of theses guys rather than let them go for nowt in the summer. Just a thought.

Gomez
Watson
Boyce
Crainey
Pollitt
Mustoe
Beausejour
DickoCan’t see Crainey going anywhere as he’s only just joined the club, and it’s unlikely that Pollitt, Boyce or Mustoe would be worth much.
So, that leaves Gomez, Watson, Beausejour and Dicko.
Ryan Shotton has returned to Stoke City following the end of his loan deal with Wigan.
Will Keane has returned to Manchester United with a groin injury.
