Always thought that ‘potato head’ was the one to take Zog away from us – always wanted him ‘on the cheap’. Birmingham beat them to the valuation but hey!! failure to agree personal terms spoils the deal. Roberto comes out and says Zog now needs to ‘play his way’ back into the team – i.e. he’s not happy with him. Potato head comes in with a late (lesser) offer with the caveat well ‘he’s handed in his notice and you don’t want him anymore’……and we capitulate just to get rid. Zog moves to be with Spud head and accepts ‘revised personal terms’.
Spud, on the signing, says to Zog….”see I told you that f£cking around with the personal terms at Birmingham and asking for more money would P !ss McLeish off – welcome to Blunderland”

I’m sure Quinn will have told thelifunt mon, its Asamoah Gyan or charlie boy. I can’t see them paying out over 20m before the window closes having already forked out a few million over the past few weeks.
Being that campbell looks like being a long term casualty, his main priority will probably be a centre forward and not a winger. I don’t think he feels Welbeck is a first choice starter yet.Not sure whether I really want Bobby to keep Charlie, but on the other hand would hate him to go to Blunderland.

am sure if charles goes to sunderland he can be assured a warm welcome from latics fans when we play them here week saturday.something similar to when chimbonda returned i would imagine. :)
