I am here from Avillafan.com which is a Villa fan site and we run a regular feature where we post the views and thoughts of Opposition Fans just to get a flavour of your feelings for the up and coming game.
Just want your thoughts on the game, what you think the result might be and how it will pan out!
personally i think that over recent years you have become a bit of a hoodoo team for us but i really do think that Villa will win 1-0 or 2-1 in a hard fought game.
As we are more or less safe now the game could depend on who wants it more and if that is the case you could get a surprise win.
I reckon it’s a really hard one to call. As we showed against Everton last week we are now capable of giving anyone a decent game and if the season had started 3 months ago we wouldn’t be a relegation threatened team. I think it’s also in our favour that you currently have a stand in manager in charge. However you do have some quality players and the biggest worry for me is the fact that we haven’t yet lost to you at Villa Park in the Prem.
Therefore if I had to put money on it , and I probably will , I’d go for a 2-2 draw.
I’m so worried about Saturday’s game I’m even voting “NO to AV ” on Thursday, just in case.
Surprise result? You are not pulling up trees or breaking any records?
2.1 to the tics pal..
I will be making a mess of your directors box..prawn butties and all that..
Enjoy..
Damn right were not pulling up any trees at the minute, hell we would have difficulties pulling the weeds from the Sty pitch (St Andrews) but i do feel we can win this one, but having said that i have been disappointed time after time this season, just want it to be over!
Heres to a good game and three points to the Villa
I’d like to say we’d give you a good turning over, as I feel you’re there for the taking at present. Mainlydue to circumstances off the field. However I feel our infamous yo yo form will prevail and a good old draw is most likely all we can ask.
I have been villa few times and have always enjoyed the day. Mainly due to the beltin access back onto the M6, which meant home and beer on bar by 7.30pm. Always a bonus.
