      1. Still no news on the West Brom reduced ticket prices from ‘ the listening club’

      2. Still no pro active approach for Saturdays ‘big game’ – I am now wondering if the ‘listening club’ view this as a big game at all

      3. Despite all the speculation about the Bolton FA Cup game – what day, on tv, what time kick off etc – nothing from the ‘listening club’
BTW It is on Saturday 29th at 3pm ko

The club have got the ticket prices on the website for the cup tie against Noblot. The Noblot website says ticket details to follow so i dont know what your proble is with that one.

I think anyone could have guessed that

There’s been loads of cr@p with Martinez about the BIG game and how our support is yet again needed.

Allocation of freebies sold out across the area and if e-ticketing is correct we’re in for a good home turnout.

I feel the club has come on leaps and bounds in effective promoting of our games.

Emails to everybody on the system, phone calls to non-season ticket holders (and some season ticket holders), bus signs, billboard signs, liaising with the unofficial websites and much more.

The players are more active in the community than ever, Junior Stripes is growing year on year…..

As I said in a previous post, the West Brom ticket details will be released roughly two weeks before the game, that is Monday.

As I have mentioned in many articles and posts – the advertising in the ground tries to get the message across to non season ticket holders who are at the games, plus relying on us as season ticket holders to do our bit and pass the messaeg on via the best form of advertising there is…. word of mouth.

That being us fans letting friends and family know when deals are on to tempt them down.

All I see is slagging and slating, if you really are that concerned why don’t you offer up some advise or something constructive?

FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that

            ^ what he said

16,100 tickets sold in West, South and East according to
            Wigan Athletic.com/tickets

If that is the figure, great support AS ALWAYS by Wigan Athletic.

No doubt we will find out on Saturday

If all parts of the ground (north excepted) are sold out (free ticketed out) I will take back all I have said

Yes, I suspect many of the free tickets have been snapped up, but how many will attend?

My whole point was / is that the club should be pro activly promoting this game as a ‘big game’ – which in my eyes it is

I have no doubt what you are saying is correct Jay but it is this game I am talking about

                #55456

E-Ticketing has just 123 tickets as being avaliable in the South Stand. West and East dont seem to be far behind – but i cant be bothered counting up.

All these free tickets they apparently sent out. They’ll have has seat numbers on so will have to show up as “sold” on eticketing. Just wonder how many of them might have gone unclaimed or will go unused.

Just a point to all the “Whelan’s making fortunes” brigade…..I don’t know how many free tickets have gone but we’re selling 2 for £20 (if I’ve got that right), so with 16,000, made up of STs, frees and £10, just how is the club supposed to make money??

Don’t bother Abram. Even if you try to explain it through analogies, they take the analogies as word. There are some who post on here that think Whelan collects all the money and keeps it in a biscuit tin under his bed.

Well did anyone spot why the club were able to hand out all the freebies

                      NO ?

Well it was an almost police free day !

Its just a redistribution of expenditure – easy really
