James McCarthy was awarded man of the match for his performance for the Republic last night. He gave a very assured performance especially in the 2nd half. I think he has nailed down one of the midfield spots at last (which in fairness when you look are the alternatives shouldn’t be hard).
not sure he is ready for big boys yet anyway who do you mean surely not liverpool who reported interest and he wouldnt get into chelsea man u city or arsenal first team why would he go to another club to sit on the bench he will be ready in about 2 years
I don’t think he would leave to be honest. He’s one of the top earners at the club, possible future club captain. All the Scottish lads seem very settled, you only need to attend King Street after the last game of the season to see that!
