Not sure if I’m right or not but the decisions that lead to a grafted out win last week were tried again whilst we were holding on to a nil-nil draw. Didn’t work this week.
Interesting stats though was no/0 shots on target whilst our main striker sits on the bench. Thinking we need to be looking to get a replacement for Massey to provide some pace on the right of midfield too.
Hard game on Tuesday but hopefully Will is back where he should be, playing and not getting splinters in his arse but the three behind him need to be providing the support for him or whoever plays up top.29 September 2018 at 9:12 pm #172072I agree ther donny. At the moment we can’t score in a brothel with a £20 note hanging out our pockets especially away.
29 September 2018 at 10:10 pm #172084Will is not 100 per cent PC is looking after his main man rightly so.
29 September 2018 at 10:18 pm #172086We need to sort our away form out. We are getting battered away from home in most games. Even the Stoke game we could have been 4 or 5 down before our goal.
29 September 2018 at 10:21 pm #172087Any player on a football pitch should be capable of scoring, its how you create chances for scoring the goals that count, we shouldn’t be relying on the one player, whoever it may be, to do the business.

I know easy said in a difficult league but would you not rather see us going down after we had had a really good go at the opposition. No shots on target unheard of last season. May help us if McMannaman was competing at his best but he can’t even get in the side.30 September 2018 at 1:18 am #172100May help us if McMannaman was competing at his best but he can’t even get in the side.http://www.cockneylatic.co.uk/forum/5-cockney-latic-main-forum/117519-callum-mcmanaman
I did say that IMHO he was a dud, but as per usual, those who cannot see past a rugby ball when I post accused me of having sour grapes.
30 September 2018 at 1:43 am #172104Sunderland could only muster up 5000 fans for the trip to Coventry. Not good enough Mutts.
Is Cattermole still available. We need a bench warmer.30 September 2018 at 1:54 am #172105I know. Unfortunately, it sold out 2 weeks ago after Coventry stopped selling tickets at 5,000 – the word on the street was that we’d have shifted another 2-3K – not a bad effort for a 1230 kick-off for a televised game 200 miles away.
Catts (the goal machine!) will be available to warm your bench from 1 Jan, but the form he is currently in may mean he commands a fee!!
Speaking of duds – that Reese James fella is utter gash!
30 September 2018 at 3:44 pm #172115Think he been injured for the most part mutty TBH.
Agree on Reece James though.
