Most parking is at least half a mile away from the ground if you can’t get the limited spots near to the stadium.
Train isn’t really an option either as it will be difficult to get back to Preston with the bus service they are running due to the Blackpool line being closed.
Coach is by far the best option

If you head for the station and go down the road nearly opposite there’s some good options about half a mile from the ground.

Short walk past a chippy to the Lane Ends, in the direction of the ground.Parking will be a bit hectic tonight:
For those running coaches you will be dropped off at the ground then the coach will be moved off site til the end of the game where it will be allowed back for pickup.
Cars and mini buses will have to fend for themselves in the side streets or pub/social club car parks that will facilitate you.

A lot of the streets close by have double yellow lines. You can rest assured Lancashire Police will be looking to top up their Christmas party funds.
The retail places close by are no parking as well. Going to be a challenge.
