People keep on going on about how martinez loves the club with a passion, well i wish he could show some on the touch line instead of standing there with his arms folded, know wonder the players have no direction. prime example yest the birmingham touch line never stopped,

You’ve just highlighted one of the biggest issues – no strength in depth/competition for the back 4. They’re all guaranteed a game every week so why should they try harder?
From where I could see Martinez was showing passion during the game, talking to the players constantly (whether they were listening is another thing) when they made simple mistake he was talking and encouraging.
Of course our problem is lack of depth and no real competition. But that will be solved in January (We hope).
