Only had 3 penalties this season with 5 against. Staggeringly low given to us for such a dominant side. Suppose the against column is about right. Shrewsbury and Blackburn have been given more than double us btw. Nothing sinister I’m sure

11 April 2018 at 5:38 pm #168169That’s because out players are too quick to catch..
I can’t really recall any obvious decisions going against us though?
I can recall plenty of failed attempts to win a pen by Jacobs…11 April 2018 at 6:42 pm #168171That’s part of the problem for me. Jacobs goes down far too easy.
11 April 2018 at 7:29 pm #168172That Dale Mon dived like he was on the high board in Gold Coast last night. That was given.

I can recall plenty of failed attempts to win a pen by Jacobs…I don’t get to too many games these days but at the last game i went to we had a nailed on one turned down against Portsmouth the other week for handball in the 1st half from a Powell free kick.
There was also an appeal from Jacobs in the same half when someone breathed near himOn the flip side, Pompey were awarded a penalty when their mon realised he’d lost the ball & deliberately stuck his leg out to catch Burn when he’d gone past him
11 April 2018 at 8:40 pm #168176From you they must have been nailed on as you always give a pretty balanced view on referees decisions.

I knew one would come up when I typed that TL. Fair shout that Pompey one.
totally agree about the one Pompey got, was never a pen.11 April 2018 at 9:31 pm #168179That’s part of the problem for me. Jacobs goes down far too easy.I think you could be right, the way Jacobs goes down is cringe worthy at times.
