If a player did that .. would they not miss out on a % cut of a transfer fee .. shooting themselves in the foot thereby ??
I’m not sure what the rules are on timescale and missing wages before a player can leave for nothing, someone might know more on this but would you ?.
Right now been a Latics player with the current owner is about the best club to be at for been paid.

Only Power out those who could do a job in L1 but even he’s had his time at the club.Jamie Jones could do a job in league 1 and his attitude is always spot on for me.
We have a very good goalkeeper in Sam Tickle languishing in the reserves but Jones should be retained out of that bunch in my opinion.So Whatmough is the latest to be rumoured he could possibly leave on a free due to missed wages 3 times plus.

So has Shinnie signed for Aberdeen for nothing or have we managed to get money for him ?. Very cloak and dagger not even a “Undisclosed” fee mentioned.
