Or should that be a bollock dropped in leaving out the player of last season. Was he injured? Any news on this masterstroke?
Dan Burn doesn’t seem a great replacement for Pearce either does he.
Good to see the spirit in fighting back twice and great to see Will proving himself at an higher level. Three goals away and losing is hard to bear but making changes could be questionable.can’t really comment until the die hard away fans get back with their take on things! Not travelling well so far though eh!
A different kettle of fish this league than last seasons league. Look at the mess we got in last time with a squad that could have potentially won it.
Perkins Powell and Burke all dropped.I can only presume Perkins was injured, but although Powell is not 100% fit, he should be one of the first names on the teamsheet.
Young Burke can also consider himself unlucky as he has been one of our best players in the two games I have seen so far.
I am not going to start moaning and slagging them off though as we look to be playing okay from what I have seen and always look like scoring. Didn’t go but sounded like Burn made a howler for their First. Would love to see Hendry given a go!
Forrest have O’burke on loan who sounds fantastic (according to Dowie).Perhaps another bollock dropped could have been playing Yanic at right wing back.

Three goals away and losing is hard to bear but making changes could be questionable.Thought the same myself Donny, apparently Perkins has a hamstring injury, i predicted on here the other day there would be plenty swaps and changes on the way.
These new players should earn the right to be in the starting eleven not thrown straight in, only one change was needed today but Caldwell made three from the Brum game and we played bloody well the other night.
Nearly everyone i spoke to at half time had summat to say about Burn/Pearce, all in all we looked good going forward but the defence is shite.
For the winning goal our players where too busy moaning about the free kick instead of getting organised, even though the player that scored should have had a red card two minutes earlier (i think he kicked out at Grigg)Fuck the EFL
Perkins WAS player of the season last season and I was a mega fan.
However he’s 34 and lets face it …..small.At times he looked like a 12 year old against Blackburn. I don’t really expect him to be first choice when everyones bedded in. McDonald bought as a possible replacement pehaps.
We have so many midfield players now I find it hard to speculate what the team will be.Its another striker we actually need.
However I think he’ll have to stick with a back 3 for now as Burn will be just like GC himself was in a back 4 – a disaster waiting to happen. :ohmy:
