I must admit I couldn’t believe that substitution and it was the last straw for me and walked off at that point. But, did you, me or anybody else think with less than 12 minutes to go we could get back in it if say Mareno came on?. After thinking about it, Bobby at that point was content with stopping a 6 or 7 goal mauling and actually achieved that. So come on, it was a shyte day all round but lets not jump onto every little decision Bob made and slate the guy. :roll:

What a journey!Why did he drop Moreno in the first place?
Playing a big side like Bolton, surely the 6’2 Moreno would have been a better bet? Played very well on Monday.
The old thing of “Why change a winning side”? :(
And the fact that he threw Scotland and Gomez on immediately after the 3rd had me really puzzled. Did he think they would come on and be super-subs? Moreno should have been on at 2-0, nevermind.
