Interesting development although it may just be an internal restructuring in IEC

18 November 2019 at 7:38 pm #182097Just hope they start knocking up some Chinese box meals and noodle boxes on the Concourses. Be quite good that.
Chicken fried rice and some beef in blackbean sauce, or maybe a Singapore Chow Mein, be spot on.

I like the sound of this, long overdue for a takeaway menu on the concourses
Not sure about the takeover tho, it worries me.
19 November 2019 at 12:42 am #182105Things could have been a lot more concerning if the MoU had been issued to Next Independent Leader Limited.
Wigan Athletic NILL would have been a hard pill to swallow.

To be entered into the next Oxford Dictionary.
Goobldegook = The ramblings of a Cockney Latic forum after 7.30 pm on a Saturday evening.
20 November 2019 at 11:04 am #182120Is it so it’s under a single ownership and doesn’t have to report all activity to the stock exchange ?.
I can see us becoming a hot spud been passed around. It won’t be long before it’s called the “Uber Stadium” and there’ll be a fleet of taxi’s parked up outside the ground ferrying everyone to the Central Bar
Now theres a thought

language that is meaningless or is made unintelligible by excessive use of technical terms.
Should or could be Googledegook as like my explanation it came from Google.15 February 2020 at 12:13 pm #185059Stanley Choi is to be the main man taking ownership of the club with 51% of the shares.
I love the recent report were it says we are unlikely to gain promotion to the Premiership and this:
“During the acquisition, the company hoped to increase profitability of the club’s operations through “developing football fans’ sensation” – which included a new big screen and a makeover of certain areas of the stadium.”Theres also a finger been pointed at Brexit as a future reason. They now value the club at £17.5 million a drop of nearly £5 million.
I think big Dave worked his magic the same when he sold JJB full well knowing the product was failing. He must have kept showing highlights from our time in the Prem and Watsons header.
I can only see darker times ahead especially when your sadly failing on the pitch.
