“Pre-purchased individual match tickets for the matches with Huddersfield Town, Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City will be eligible for the respective rearranged fixtures or refunded on request. However, please give us time to put measures in place to facilitate any refunds before contacting the Ticket Office. We expect we will have further communication on how to claim a refund by Tuesday next week (17th). Please avoid contacting the Ticket Office until we provide instruction as the staff will be unable to facilitate your refund.”
