Pagefield. 5 of us have a few scoops pre match. My avatar badge will identify me should you want a chat or break my nose ( Depending on who I have upset on here ! ) Will gladly buy anyone on here a pint if they approach me ! ( Numbers limited to 2 ! )
I’m going for a supporters club at the back of the East Stand.That is where it was lined up to be, but has been poo pooed again by the money men who won’t pay for the necessary refurbishment and a brewery is not interested in sponsoring it apparently.
I personally think the stumbling block is that it would cost too much to segregate it, as the Junior Stripes would probably need to have their area as well.
If anybody has any suggestions, please write them on a postcard and send them in.
10 years ago the Club promised that a place would be made available for the Supporters Club and it was. Since we got in the Premier League, all of a sudden it is a bad idea and we are made to look for ourselves to find a venue – probably until/if we are relegated and then we’ll be able to use the South Stand aagin. It stinks.

used to be the brick, now the keepers since i moved house and new owners took over the pub.good nights at the weekends too, lad with guitar last night loads of jam oasis weller, quality.
I were in theya that night night, think the mon on guitar was John Maguire. Think he plays in local band the avenue. top quality, i think his own songs are better than his covers and they aren’t run of the mill covers either.

It still annoys me how us home fans are treated compared to the away fans.
If money is so tight, why does the club not evict the away fans from the Marquee, and have that for corporate hospitality also.
It could then use the profits to equip the East Stand for a supporters Club.Judging by the lack of coperate towards the ned of last season and Wolves, I think we could have the South Stand back, if they stick the Blue Chips back up stairs

I have to admit it would be a step in the right direction though, and one I personally would give backing to.
