What are your predictions for Saturday. Personally, I think it will be an edgy affair with us scraping a 1 nil late win which will kick start our survival!
18 March 2011 at 3:20 pm #621320-0
18 March 2011 at 3:30 pm #62133I’m with you Tini – Tyldesley might well be right, but it won’t be good enough and so I’ll be giving the rosary beads some hammer tonight.
18 March 2011 at 3:34 pm #621351.1..and Gomez to make a surprise start and score from 35 yards!!!!!
18 March 2011 at 3:39 pm #62136A grubby, horrible 1-1 draw.

18 March 2011 at 4:09 pm #62141Going for a 2-0 Brum win…..
18 March 2011 at 4:16 pm #62142I’m with you Tini – Tyldesley might well be right, but it won’t be good enough and so I’ll be giving the rosary beads some hammer tonight.I will take a victory in whatever shape it comes along but I think it’ll be a dull as dishwater 0-0 game
Listening to Mcleish on SkySports last night he is playing it down in terms of it not being a season decider for them & he’s told players with injuries not to put themselves forward to play if they aint fully fit coz he will need em for the next 9 games not just this one.
So with that in mind I think he’ll get his side to park the proverbial bus across goal & despite the improved performances of late the team still isn’t scoring & I don’t think they have it in em to break that style down.
Hammer them beads & hope I’m wrong Griff18 March 2011 at 5:54 pm #62145I’m with you Tini – Tyldesley might well be right, but it won’t be good enough and so I’ll be giving the rosary beads some hammer tonight.

Hammer them beads & hope I’m wrong Griff[/quote]Think you are right about McLeish’s intentions. They will play a very defensive 4-5-1 tomorrow. I think we will need a major slice of luck tomorrow, either that or we need start the match on fire and take them by surprise.
Everything crossed……..
18 March 2011 at 10:11 pm #621503-1 latics if we can cope with there phsyical players

Looks like a good turnout for tomorrow. South Stand almost sold out. We need extra people standing, more singing and a huge amount of loyalty tomorrow!
South Stand will be bouncing like against Fulham
Come On Wigan!

Blue White Army! :dance:Sephton, that post was very nearly unintentional comedy gold – if you’d just put your score prediction after the rest of the post:
