7 December 2019 at 9:12 pm #182667Yes it is…..something wrong on the coaching side when we collapse, dead on our feet continually 75 mins on and look way below our oppositions fitness levels. Its a results business remember and he’s a stain on the name of our club. The useless money taking executives have allowed this to fester for 12 months………you cannot defend him. He has turned some of these players into zero confidence nervous wrecks…..Said it for ages ……he stays …we are screwed on the pitch and financially off it…..
I’m starting to agree with you Derek
7 December 2019 at 9:14 pm #182668Derek you don’t know how correct your last statement is as given the contract he last signed we will breach FFP immediately so will be docked points.
7 December 2019 at 9:23 pm #182669If they docked us pts then we’d still get more under a new manager.(tongue in cheek)…….he’s out of his depth………….last December was the time the execs cocked it up.The players are not responding to his coaching and if the dicks in charge let it continue our long term future is under threat…..long after the kopite has banked his comfortable retirement cheque…..
7 December 2019 at 9:32 pm #182670If hes waiting for a payoff what about a left by mutual agreement where a compromise is agreed.
Dont think cook wants to be at the stadium against West Brom.7 December 2019 at 9:44 pm #182671It’s cooks fault Morsy turned his back for first. It’s cooks fault kipre missed header for second. About time some of these players fucked off too. Given run we are on maybe it’s time for a change but responsibility isn’t just the Managers.Thats the best point anyone has made on this thread. You are damn right. Manager is out if his depth, but so are too many of these players. A lot moaned at Beausejour and Gomez, but both were leagues ahead of this bunch of shithouses. Yes, shithouses. Seriously now, and excuse the industrial language, but its an emotional arena and traditionally a ‘mans man’ situation, but I would fuck the lot off. Id sooner see the likes of Gelhardt, Jolley, Weir, Merrie etc. Maybe they will have the hunger and desire? The fight? Our squad is absolutely shite.
Its a huge job for a new man this. I know its not aesthetically pleasing to many, but someone like Pulis is needed for this. Like when Jewell came in, years ago, this needs ‘major surgery’. Maybe even resuscitation.
We need some hard bastard to come in and call a spade a spade. Get shut of shithouses and turn this around.Nigel Pearson, anyone, if if not Pulis?
7 December 2019 at 9:45 pm #182672Oh and the noisy git booked yet again………..he is dragging up and bereft of class with it.
7 December 2019 at 9:58 pm #182674At least Pulis knows how to shut up shop and hold on for a one nil win.
Can anyone who travelled to Luton enlighten us why he took Pilkington off and brought Massey on. Is it a case of poor substitutions again ?
Another weekend ruined by football. I am so frustrated and angry.
7 December 2019 at 10:00 pm #182675Keep up Vat. Pearson gone to Watford.
Plenty of chances 1st half Donny but they either went wide, over or the cross was narrowly missed. We genuinely looked positive and a different side. The goal was superb and everything we have cried for.
As I’ve just said to GL:
“I think he probably does just for a fresh feel to the place. Today he made an attacking sub that everyone has cried for and we still ended up getting driven back and succumbing to the pressure.”
Roy is quite right that some of the players need to take responsibility also and as I’ve said some are not good enough at this level, but I do feel that there is a cloud over the team at the minute mentally and until we hold on for an away win or something else happens we will keep repeating the same incidents.

Pilkington had been booked and was in danger of being sent off. The ref pulled out a card pretty much every foul we gave away.
7 December 2019 at 10:05 pm #182680Although it was a different era, Brian Clough turned average footballers into league & European cup winners. The fault in our team lies solely at the manager I’m afraid.
