We had a poor formation from the start, no evidence of a game plan, little commitment, apparently no team spirit and strange substitutions.
BCFC have taken 6 points from us this season, with a team that is man-for-man no better than us.
They do however have an experienced manager, very experienced backroom staff, and players who have played in British leagues extensively. On the field each man looks like they know what is expected of them, and what to expect of each other.
During December, January and February, we have won one game, Birmingham have won 8.

Spot on. Decent players. Awful system. Little spirit. Relegation written all over situation. But….. there are some really bad sides in this league.Might just survive.
You’re right about it being a poor league this year, just have to look at the likes of Birmingham, Stoke, Blackburn all of whom are around or in the top 10. All 3 are absolutely awful, haven’t seen any side outside the top teams who have impressed over 90 minutes this season and thats what makes our position even more disappointing.
