If we go down to the championship, Will we lose more fans if martinez is in charge or will it be because we are in the championship,

think it will happen before end of this season,only one`s left will be season ticket holders,security,concorse staff
be very suprised if many people will continue to pay to watch
by this time next season whelan will most likely have dealt us a final insult and sell the stadium to the rugby
we are losing fans now, poor turn out against city for example, i think the way fans are protesting is by staying away, i know a few season ticket holders who refuse to go whilst martinez is in charge, not my stance by the way

I want martinez out as he is clearly not good enough but as for watching wigan afc, ive been going since 1986 and i will continue to go no matter who is in charge or what division we are in.
Any club that rises up the the leagues as we have done ,or gets any sort of success always attracts some glory hunting bandwagon jumpers. Some of these will form strong links to the club and will stay with us no matter where the journey may lead. However the majority of these new fans are not as committed as some of us are. I suspect some aren’t really dedicated football fans at all ( where were you when we were s** ) and will therefore go back to doing what they used to do before Wigan Athletic appeared on their radar.
Even if we do drop into the Championship , I’ll still be there , backing Bob , whilst some of our “fans” can go back to watching Utd or Liverpool , probably from the pub , or can go back to shopping with their wives on Saturdays. Enjoy yourselves.
