I wonder how long the it will be before the ‘big hitters’ of yester year are on here and the other sites defending their boy and telling us all how “we should be grateful for having such an up and coming young manager who loves the club and plays the game the right way”.

They back Bob to the hilt, sorry I just don’t get it.
i couldnt care less if we win or lose, well thats not quite true actually i much prefer to win, but i am pragmatic enough to know we are going to lose far more in this league than we win or even draw –
i have three main complaints,
the dull boring mistake ridden football served up week in week out,the second is people telling constantly me that it is the proper and only way to play football,
the third is those same people telling me to be grateful and accept it because we are little latics.
1) just your opinion
2) most people do seem to try to play football that way, even if we aren’t very good at it
3) I dont think anyone has ever told you to be grateful for having a crap team to support but you keep on twisting if it makes you feel better ;)Two things spring to mind tonight:
1) haven’t seen any of the game but i understand that we gave away the ball cheaply again for their goals. Roberto really must stop telling them do that.
2) at least the rugby lot won’t be on gloating tonight. We will just have to put up with our fans gloating that we have lost again.
Anyway, that’s me done for tonight, a life to lead.

The difference between you and Mitty is that he is genuinely angry that his team us not playing well and losing.
You are genuinely pleased that the team you support losing has given you another chance to jump on your keyboard and gloat about it.
