Rosler hasn’t very much choice. We’ve tried most combinations with and without Holt and Fortune.
If you eliminate Holt and Fortune, the only remaining forward is Keane. You could play him with Powell and a winger. We tried Keane, Powell and both McClean and McManaman at Derby without success.
Anyway, Rosler has left Holt behind to prepare for the game against Bolton.
