Just moving away from the gags for a moment, has anyone noticed that you cant get a thin sliced loaf any more ? Its either medium or toastie ( Thick ) !

Hovis green is what we used to call thick but is classed as medium. Their purple Extra Thick is thicker than a paid up member of the DarksideSurely posts about think purple ones should be banned :ohmy:
extra thick is best for toast, medium is best for a butty.
but i aint buying both, so i dont get a thick toast butty very often. :(
also, why im at it, ive been conned for years into thinking that brown bread is better for you than white bread, when actually it isnt…its virtually the same.
so i wasnt actually takin the healthy option after all when i ordered my bacon sausage egg and tomatoes on a BROWN BARM.!
