Was it or was it not a push on Dunks today when QPR scored.
What’s your interpretation this time Tilders?25 August 2018 at 9:37 pm #171396Fuck blaming the ref how many chances do we need.were a bag a shit at set pieces.rant over .
25 August 2018 at 9:38 pm #171397Plus that Steve mc cleren always fucks us .
25 August 2018 at 9:57 pm #171398Haven’t seen it so defer opinion but someone please tell me why we signed Macmanaman???..Massey off then didn’t he bring James on ??..Whatever the issues with their goal its a shit result. Yes their signings this week would certainly have made an impact but a great opportunity to complete a 6 point haul in 4 days .Need to hammer Rotherham and get international break out of way …hopefully have Burn and Garner ready.Thought his substitutions against Forest poor and same again today. Macmanaman cant even get on in front of a 36 year old !!!
25 August 2018 at 10:26 pm #171399Was right behind it and was a blatant nudge which game them the chance to score. We didn’t deserve to win and neither did they, we looked tired. Bizarre Massey coming off and being replaced by James when Callums on bench but to put Robert’s and Vaughan on before him is simply blind loyalty. Morsy played that deep he was another centre half, Robinson woeful and Groggy hardly touched ball. Still. Anyone can have a bad afternoon. Just one of them days. Here’s to a 5 hour drive back!
25 August 2018 at 10:43 pm #171400Interesting that Roy. Stats make it look one sided in our favour.
McMannaman thing is bizarre though especially bringing on Roberts ahead of him.26 August 2018 at 12:46 am #171401Didn’t go but watched it on TV and that was a 1000% free kick on Dunkley for their goal. The ref had a perfect view, ref needs to explain why he didn’t give it or be dropped because that’s as poor as it gets
26 August 2018 at 1:12 am #171402Tilders what dust reckon Mon?
26 August 2018 at 2:26 am #171403Certainly looked a push, but as the old saying goes you play to the whistle. We all stopped and they didn’t
26 August 2018 at 2:47 am #171404Push,shove what ever, Dunkley for a big lad does get pushed around and goes down too easy at times, he needs to be strong and a man mountain but we move on and look forward to Rotherham who will bombard are area with crosses.
26 August 2018 at 12:14 pm #171405Certainly looked a push, but as the old saying goes you play to the whistle. We all stopped and they didn’tWhat do you mean ?? no one stopped. There’s nothing much you can do if your shoved in the back and taken out the play to make space for the goal. It was a blatant foul that stopped Dunkley from attacking the ball therefore a foul. The ref position was near perfect.
Unless the rules have changed and I’m missing something its a free kick end of.26 August 2018 at 5:03 pm #171408Well 3 players all turned to the ref to appeal BEFORE the ball hit the net.
Yes its a foul, but you are taught in any sport from day 1 to play to the whistle.
26 August 2018 at 5:36 pm #171410You should play to the whistle, but such an obvious foul should not be missed by the official.
Paul Cook reckons the referee will be embarassed when he watches it again, and I have to agree with him.
That said, we had enough time, possession snd chances to put it right, it just wasn’t our day I suppose.
Hopefully we’ll move on and put it right next saturday.26 August 2018 at 6:32 pm #171411You’re right Horc but we can’t keep hiding behind the ref being poor and papering over the cracks in our defence.
26 August 2018 at 6:35 pm #171412It was upfront who fell flat yesterday with the amount of possession and chances we should have won comfortably.
