Wasn’t like that in 88-92, it was a great time… although I did hear about all that later on, sad but I wasn’t going then, had moved on.
I used to go to the pier on wednesday nights and there was never any trouble, it was a great night out!
I used to go as well, in the Stone Roses, Happy Monday etc era. Was a crackin night although not very well attended, prob due to llack of advertising.
