                        I used to go to the pier on wednesday nights and there was never any trouble, it was a great night out!

                          I used to go as well, in the Stone Roses, Happy Monday etc era. Was a crackin night although not very well attended, prob due to llack of advertising.

                              We used to go in the early eighties, plastic glasses, DJ in a big plastic frog up on the wall.
                              Follies on the pier at Southport was another favourite of ours.
