Just skip to 1.25 seconds. Lost count of how many times ive watched it.

The disbelief in the commentators voice, The look on Mankini’s face. If you ever wanted EVERYTHING out of a football match then this was it.

What a day! What stood out for me most was how the whole club did themselves proud. Owner, manager, players and fans as one.

All we need now is to dust off our trophy cabinet :silly:

I’m resigned to going down, although you never know. It’s not going to take the gloss off it for me. Memories like that last forever.

I only realised watching the highlights back at 3am after we got home that the corner we scored from came from the “penalty” the ref decided against giving… how he saw it as a fair tackle from clichy ill never know but who cares his mistake is our gain!!! :D
        still not sunk in.. #believe

Spent all last half of season dreading the possibility of the drop but after Saturday I can honestly say I’m not too fussed now.Moments like Sat will probably not come around again in my lifetime and that restored some magic to the worlds greatest cup competition. Our name is on the cup and will never be erased. If we do drop then stuff it ,been there before and will still have the chance to come back up.It’s not over yet as we now know exactly what we need to do and I for one think we can do it,but it will take something incredible to top the emotions I felt on Saturday. So from me a Huge thank you to Wigan Athletic for a 38 year rollercoaster ride topped off with a boyhood dream come true.!!!
